Every site includes a care plan, 12 months minimum. It's what keeps your site fast, secure and up to date without you lifting a finger.

Questions owners ask

Why is there a monthly fee?
Every website needs hosting, a domain, security updates and someone to fix things. Builders like Wix and Squarespace charge for hosting alone, and you'd still do the edits yourself. My care plan covers all of it, plus making your changes for you.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and once the build is paid for, the site is yours. If you ever leave, I'll hand over the files and help you move.
How long does it take?
Most sites go live two to three weeks after I receive your photos and details. Simple one-page sites can be faster.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo (if you have one), a list of services, your hours and some photos. No photos? I can come by on a weekday morning and take them.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Not always. On the free call I'll look at your current site and tell you honestly whether it needs replacing, a refresh, or nothing at all.
How do I pay?
50% to start and 50% at launch, by card, bank payment or e-Transfer. The monthly plan is billed automatically from launch.
